The Music of Earl Kelly

Discover the little-known music of prolific American composer Earl Kelly (1916-1981), who composed over 50 songs and works for piano, many during his tour of service in North Africa and Italy during World War II. Also featured will be songs by Nadia Boulanger (with whom Kelly studied composition) and her sister Lili Boulanger, composer of the opera Faust et Hélène, an NCO mainstage production in 2022. The program will be rounded out with songs by Johannes Brahms and Richard Strauß.

NCO co-Founder/Art Director Eva Parr, mezzo-soprano, will be joined by pianist Andrew Parr and violist Sarah Adams.
